Mr. Josh Lewis

Mr. Lewis received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a minor in Economics, from Texas A&M University. He earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey, in May 2024. Mr. Lewis was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in April 2025.

Mr. Lewis is devoted to the representation of insurance carriers and employers in workers’ compensation defense matters. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience representing injured workers as a plaintiff’s attorney in workers’ compensation cases, including advocacy before administrative law judges and through written briefing and appeals. This background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of workers’ compensation disputes from both the claimant and defense perspectives.

Mr. Lewis has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to the practice of law, starting with a criminal defense internship in high school in The Woodlands, Texas, and continuing through varied coursework and practical legal experience during law school. Although he attended law school out of state, Mr. Lewis always intended to practice in Texas and is committed to serving clients under Texas workers’ compensation law.
