Lydia M. Tetreault Saez

Mrs. Tetreault Saez, a graduate of the University of New Mexico, earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with honors in 2020. Subsequently, she obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 2025. During her time there, she co-founded the Coalition Advocating for Transformative Justice and Law Students Against Imperialism.

Currently, Mrs. Tetreault Saez is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico and is authorized to practice law in all New Mexico state courts. Her legal practice primarily focuses on representing insurance carriers and employers in workers’ compensation cases before the New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration.
