Mr. Macaulay graduated with a finance degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1998. Mr. Macaulay earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 2001. He has focused on administrative law with an emphasis on workers' compensation insurance defense since 2002.
Mr. Macaulay prides himself on providing a cost-effective and efficient defense for his clients, who include insurance carriers, self-insured employers, and employers. Mr. Macaulay has extensive experience with workers' compensation administrative hearings, appeals, and trials under both "old" and "new" law. He has had many favorable decisions at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Macaulay is an instrument-rated private pilot.
