Ms. Wallace graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and a minor in Communications in 2001 from the University of Texas, where she received the Osage Tribal Education Committee award and completed her senior seminar in Shakespearean Comedy.  She graduated with a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 2004.  During her law school education, Ms. Wallace was elected Vice President of the Women’s Legal Society, a philanthropic organization, where she helped coordinate a highly successful fundraiser and Christmas gift drive for local Salvation Army families, organized a clothing drive for an abused women’s shelter, and participated in Habitat for Humanity’s “Women Build” project.

Since joining the firm in 2005, Ms. Wallace’s practice has been focused primarily in the area of workers’ compensation.  She has represented insurance carriers and self-insured entities at over a thousand hearings before the Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation (formerly “Texas Workers’ Compensation Commission”), and has also represented their interests with litigation and subrogation in the district courts of Texas.  She has been admitted to practice before all Texas state courts.  Ms. Wallace is a member of the Osage nation.
